Design Criteria

As a group, we came up with a Lextant Model and a MoSCoW chart to help us narrow down the design scope.

Personas

We came up with 4 user personas to guide the research and design process.

User Journey Maps

To help us design for our user personas, we created a journey map in the current state to highlight their issues, as well as a future state once they have Gleam.

Information Architecture

We organized our app pathways using an information architecture.

Wireframes

Lo-fi, mid-fi, and high-fi wireframes evolved through multiple user-testing rounds, refining navigation, notification timing, and reward feedback.
